With Rota – Early blight is not an issue

The early season rain is a definite sign of the seasonal shift in the area. These unpredictable rains badly affect the plant growth and development, especially Early blight, which is one of the most common tomato diseases, can be caused by Alternaria sp fungi.

The conducive environment condition:

  • Rainy weather, high humidity and warm temperature.
  • Spreading rapidly via wind and water.
  • Usually affecting the critical period of crop.
  • Directly affecting the harvest time and yield.

MPS would like to share some considerable experiences as below:

  • Provide a balanced fertilizer program.
  • Remove a few branches from the lower part of the plants to allow better airflow at the base.
  • Have good weed management
  • Apply regularly Fungicides_ MAP ROTA 50WP from MPS

Advanced point:

  • Active ingredient: Kresoxim – Methyl 500g/kg – New AI in the Vietnamese market.
  • Strong systemic action and short pre – harvest interval, be adequate for good agricultural practice (G.A.P).
  • Dosage: 15 g/ 25 liters . To more effectively control Early blight, especially in rainy weather, mixing with MAP Green 6SL will increase the absorption and spread widely to the leaf’s surface.

Wish You A Successful Season!
