NOTICE ON IMPLEMENTATION OF THE MAP CLUB PROGRAM VIA QR CODE

Dear C2 Retailers,

To enhance customer service and improve the overall experience in product distribution and business operations, Map pacific Singapore (MPS) will officially implement the the Map Club Program through QR code scanning on product cartons starting from April 01, 2026.

Through scanning the QR code label, customers can quickly accumulate reward points and participate in various attractive promotional programs offered by MPS.

1. Customer Benefits

  • Support the identification of genuine Map Pacific Singapore products.
  • Join lucky draw programs with attractive prizes.
  • Accumulate points and redeem gifts from the Map Club program.
  • Track program activities and stay updated with the latest benefits and information from MPS.

2. Implemenation Timeline

Starting from the implementation date (April 01, 2026), all genuine MPS products that are packaged and distributed to the market will feature a reward-point QR code affixed to the cartons, along with the program identification decal.

3. Instructions for participate in the Map Club Program via QR Code Label

There are two ways to accumulate Map Club points as follows:

Method 01: Scan QR Code via Zalo App

  • Step 1: Open the Zalo application on your mobile phone
  • Step 2: Select the QR code scanning icon
  • Step 3: Scan the QR code printed on the MPS product carton
  • Step 4: Access the system and follow the instructions to accumulate points

Method 02: Accumulate Points via SMS through the 6068 service hotline

  • Step 01: Compose an SMS in the format: MPS <code> and send to 6068
  • Step 02: The system will respond with the point accumulation result and reward details
